TF75BK00 is an FEP encapsulated FKM sealing material designed for O-rings, gaskets, and custom elastomer components used in aggressive chemical environments. This construction combines a chemically inert FEP Teflon outer shell with a resilient FKM elastomer core, providing both exceptional chemical resistance and reliable elastic sealing performance. The FKM core has a hardness of approximately 75 Shore A and supports consistent compression and recovery in demanding sealing applications.

The FEP outer layer offers outstanding resistance to corrosive chemicals, solvents, and process fluids while also meeting FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP Class VI, and 3A 20-17 requirements for sanitary and food processing environments. With a service temperature range of -26°C to 205°C (-15°F to 400°F), TF75BK00 performs well in both elevated temperature and chemically aggressive sealing systems. This encapsulated material is commonly used for O-rings, gaskets, and sealing components in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing equipment, chemical processing systems, and other applications requiring broad chemical compatibility and sanitary compliance.
