We can offer these infinitely large, "giant" O-rings in over 100 different compounds, while simultaneously eliminating the need for expensive custom O-ring molds and minimum order quantities.

Continuous Molding O-rings is our preferred method for producing infinitely large O-rings. Using proprietary O-ring manufacturing methodologies, we are able to mold material in a continuous arc, allowing us to produce seamless, tight tolerance O-rings at any size with no additional mold costs.

  • High performance O-ring parts. Best choice for dynamic O-ring applications and high pressure or vacuum O-ring applications​
  • Nearly indistinguishable from fully molded O-rings ​
  • Consistent manufacturing quality


Disadvantages

  • Comparatively higher costs​
  • Comparatively longer lead time


Precision Vulcanization

Precision Vulcanization Spliced and Vulcanized O-rings

Advantages

  • Mid performance O-rings. Work well in standard O-ring sealing applications​
  • Consistent manufacturing quality


Disadvantages

  • Not recommended for vacuum applications​
  • Not recommended for high pressure applications
  • Not recommended for dynamic applications

Standard Vulcanization

Standard Vulcanization Spliced and Vulcanized O-rings

Advantages

  • Mid performance O-rings. Work best in static O-ring applications at low pressures​
  • Lowest cost option for infinitely large O-rings


Disadvantages

  • Can have inconsistent quality
  • Not recommended for vacuum applications
  • Not recommended for high pressure applications
  • Not recommended for dynamic applications
