The Parker AA150-70 Polyacrylate (ACM) compound is a 70 durometer black elastomer formulated for high-performance O-rings and gaskets used in engines, transmissions, and similar systems exposed to hot oils. Known for its exceptional resistance to mineral oils, automatic transmission fluids, ozone, and oxidative aging, it provides long-lasting sealing reliability under continuous thermal stress. The compound’s composition minimizes swelling and compression set, making it ideal for dynamic and static sealing applications in automotive and industrial machinery.

With an operating range of -5°F to 350°F, AA150-70 maintains flexibility and integrity where many elastomers would harden or degrade. It is tested to meet ASTM D2000 M3DH706 standards, ensuring dependable performance in rigorous environments. However, this material is not suitable for glycol-based brake fluids, chlorinated hydrocarbons, or steam service.
