AA150-70 Datasheet

Parker, AA150-70 ACM, 70A, Black, Engines & Transmission Seals

Parker’s AA150-70 is a 70 Shore A black polyacrylate (ACM) compound engineered for oil-exposed sealing applications that require elevated temperature capability and strong aging resistance. With a recommended service temperature range of -5°F to 350°F, it performs reliably in contact with mineral oils such as engine oil, gearbox lubricants, and automatic transmission fluids. This compound offers excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, and thermal aging, making it well suited for automotive and industrial environments where long-term heat exposure is common. Its stable physical properties help maintain sealing integrity in both static and moderate dynamic applications.

AA150-70 meets ASTM D2000 M3DH706 requirements and is commonly used where oil resistance and heat stability are prioritized over water or steam compatibility. It is not recommended for glycol-based brake fluids, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons, hot water, steam, acids, alkalis, or amines. Canyon Components offers equivalent ACM materials that match or exceed the performance of Parker AA150-70 for oil-resistant, high-temperature sealing applications.
