Canyon AF75BK00 is a 75 durometer black AFLAS® (TFE/P) elastomer formulated for reliable performance in O-rings and gaskets exposed to extreme heat, steam, and aggressive chemicals. This material provides outstanding resistance to amines, acids, bases, and high-pressure steam, making it ideal for use in steam-in-place (SIP) applications, chemical processing, and power generation systems. With a higher durometer rating, it offers improved extrusion resistance and dimensional stability in demanding sealing environments.

 

AF75BK00 maintains excellent thermal performance up to 450°F (232°C) while resisting compression set and chemical degradation over time. The compound also withstands up to 200 MRad of gamma radiation, making it suitable for sterilization and high-purity applications.
