Canrez® CP75BK01 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound positioned as Canyon’s flagship solution for demanding chemical and high-temperature sealing applications. It offers near-universal chemical resistance combined with excellent thermal stability, supporting continuous service across a wide temperature range of -15°C to 320°C (5°F to 610°F) with short excursions beyond this range. The compound maintains low compression set and elastic recovery under prolonged exposure to aggressive chemicals, pressure, and heat. CP75BK01 is engineered to deliver reliable sealing performance in environments where conventional elastomers rapidly degrade.
CP75BK01 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, and solvent-handling applications involving MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. It also performs reliably in sour gas environments below 65 percent concentration, steam exposure up to 300°C (580°F), and limited amine service up to 38°C (100°F). This Canrez® formulation provides a balanced combination of chemical breadth, high-temperature capability, and cost efficiency for critical industrial sealing requirements.
