Canrez® CP75BK03 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for exceptional chemical and steam resistance in the most demanding sealing environments. It provides best-in-class resistance to hot amines, sour gas, steam, strong acids, and aggressive solvents while maintaining elasticity and stability under high temperature and pressure. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 260°C (5°F to 500°F), CP75BK03 offers long-term sealing performance, low compression set, and near-universal chemical compatibility. Its formulation ensures reliable performance in both static and dynamic applications exposed to harsh industrial media.
CP75BK03 is ideal for semiconductor, chemical processing, and oil and gas systems where exposure to challenging fluids such as MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene is common. It performs reliably in steam up to 225°C (437°F) and amines up to 200°C (400°F), maintaining mechanical integrity and seal retention. This Canrez® formulation combines high chemical resistance, thermal endurance, and cost efficiency for critical sealing applications.
