Canrez® CP75BK03 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for demanding sealing environments that require exceptional chemical resistance and reliable high-temperature performance at a cost-effective price point. It offers excellent resistance to hot amines, steam, sour gas, strong acids, and aggressive solvents while maintaining low compression set and elastic recovery. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 260°C (5°F to 500°F), CP75BK03 provides stable sealing integrity under prolonged exposure to harsh chemical and thermal conditions. The formulation is well suited for applications where conventional elastomers fail due to chemical attack or steam exposure.

 

CP75BK03 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, and solvent-handling applications involving MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. It performs reliably in steam service up to 225°C (437°F) and amine exposure up to 200°C (400°F), supporting long service life in aggressive process environments. This Canrez® formulation delivers a balanced combination of chemical breadth, thermal stability, and durability for critical industrial sealing requirements.
