Canrez® CP80BK11 is an 80 Shore A black FFKM compound designed for high-temperature and chemically aggressive sealing environments. It provides near-universal chemical resistance and excellent thermal stability while maintaining a lower cost compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -22°C to 325°C (-8°F to 617°F), CP80BK11 maintains elasticity, low compression set, and sealing integrity during prolonged exposure to extreme heat and corrosive chemicals. Its robust formulation ensures reliable performance in both static and dynamic sealing applications.

 

CP80BK11 is ideal for semiconductor, oil and gas, and chemical processing applications where exposure to solvents such as MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene is common. It performs consistently in high-temperature operations that demand long service life and minimal degradation. This Canrez® formulation delivers a balance of chemical resistance, heat tolerance, and cost efficiency for high-performance sealing in demanding industrial environments.
