It supports continuous service from -22°C to 325°C (-8°F to 617°F) with short excursions beyond this range, while maintaining low compression set and elastic recovery under severe thermal and chemical exposure. The formulation provides stable sealing integrity in aggressive environments involving solvents, acids, and mixed process streams. CP80BK11 is designed to perform reliably where standard FFKM grades reach their thermal limits.

 

CP80BK11 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, and oil and gas applications, including service with MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. Its higher durometer improves extrusion resistance in static and moderate dynamic sealing conditions exposed to elevated pressures and temperatures.
