Canrez® CP80WH01 is an 80 Shore A white, carbon-black-free FFKM compound engineered for high-purity sealing applications that require broad chemical resistance and excellent thermal stability. Engineered to minimize contamination, it delivers near-universal chemical compatibility with reliable performance across a wide service temperature range of -30°C to 315°C (-22°F to 600°F). The formulation features a low etch rate and low particle generation, making it well suited for contamination-sensitive environments while maintaining low compression set and elastic recovery. CP80WH01 provides dependable sealing integrity in aggressive chemical and thermal conditions without the cost premium of specialty ultra-high-temperature grades.
 


CP80WH01 is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing processes including RCA cleaning, wet etching, CMP, PECVD, LPCVD, CVD, ashing, oxidation, lithography, dielectric processing, ECP, strip, and EPI + SiGe. It is also selected for chemical processing equipment, pumps, and valves where purity, durability, and chemical compatibility are critical.
