PU90TA21 is Canyon’s 90 Shore A translucent amber CanThane polyurethane formulated from a TODI-cured polycaprolactone system for extreme wear and high-pressure sealing applications. This premium polyurethane offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, wear, and hydrolysis while maintaining good flexibility and low compression set under sustained mechanical loads. With a service temperature range of -55°C to 130°C (-67°F to 266°F), PU90TA21 delivers reliable performance in demanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical environments. Its high tensile strength and elevated modulus make it especially well suited for O-rings, gaskets, seals, and molded components exposed to high pressure and repeated stress.
