PU95GR22 is Canyon’s 95 Shore A green CanThane polyurethane formulated from an MDI-cured polycaprolactone system for extreme wear and high-pressure O-rings, gaskets, and molded sealing components. This high-durometer polyurethane delivers exceptional resistance to abrasion, wear, and hydrolysis while maintaining good flexibility and low compression set under sustained mechanical loads. With a service temperature range of -40°C to 110°C (-40°F to 230°F), PU95GR22 performs reliably in demanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical environments where standard elastomers can extrude or fail prematurely. Its very high tensile strength and elevated modulus make it ideal for applications requiring firmness, extrusion resistance, and long service life. Compare PU95GR22 to Parker P5008 for similar high-pressure polyurethane sealing performance.

 

PU95GR22 is commonly selected for high-pressure seals, wear rings, scrapers, and load-bearing polyurethane components where durability is critical.
