SI60OR50 is a 60 shore A orange silicone (VMQ) compound designed for high temperature sealing applications where long-term durability and compression set resistance are critical. This material offers excellent resistance to thermal degradation along with strong performance against oxygen, ozone, and UV exposure, making it ideal for O-rings and gaskets used in aerospace, industrial, and outdoor environments. It maintains reliable sealing performance across a service temperature range of -55°C to 235°C and meets ASTM D2000 and A-A-59588 (2B-60) requirements. SI60OR50 can be compared to Parker S0613-60 and S0383-70 when evaluating equivalent high temperature silicone materials.
