CanGuard™ (Canyon Components) SI65TN11 is manufactured with the following features & specifications: MIL-DTL-83528 Type A QPL, EMI Silver and Copper Filled. SI65TN11-OR-016 is AS568 size -016 O-Ring also referred to as 1.78mm (Cross Sectional Diameter (CS)) x 15.6mm (Inside Diameter (ID)).

CanGuard SI65TN11 is a silver plated copper filled conductive silicone elastomer designed for EMI and RFI shielding in sealing applications that use O-rings, gaskets, and conductive elastomer components. This MIL-DTL-83528 Type A QPL material features a hardness of 65 Shore A and is formulated to provide reliable electrical conductivity and environmental sealing performance in electronic enclosures and shielding assemblies. Conductive silicone compounds like SI65TN11 are commonly used where both electromagnetic shielding and elastomer sealing performance are required.

SI65TN11 offers excellent EMI and RFI shielding performance across a wide frequency range and operates within a service temperature range of -45°C to 125°C (-49°F to 257°F). The silver plated copper filler system supports effective conductivity while maintaining the flexibility and sealing characteristics required for conductive O-rings, gaskets, and molded EMI shielding components. This conductive silicone material is widely used in aerospace electronics, telecommunications equipment, military systems, and other applications requiring MIL-DTL-83528 compliant conductive elastomer seals.
