SI70OR53 is a 70 shore A orange silicone (VMQ) compound that is peroxide cured and manufactured to A-A-59588 (2B-70) and ZZ-R-765 (2B-70) specifications for high temperature sealing applications. This material provides reliable performance in O-rings and gaskets exposed to elevated temperatures, while maintaining flexibility down to -60°C and stability up to 232°C. It offers good resistance to ozone, detergents, salt water, and vegetable and animal oils, making it suitable for aerospace, industrial, and environmental sealing applications.
