TS75OR01 is a 75 shore A orange FEP encapsulated silicone compound featuring a hollow silicone core for enhanced flexibility and sealing performance in low load applications. The FEP Teflon outer shell provides excellent chemical resistance against aggressive acids, solvents, and process media, making it ideal for O-rings and gaskets used in pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical handling systems. The hollow silicone core improves compressibility and recovery, ensuring a reliable seal across a service temperature range of -62°C to 205°C. TS75OR01 meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP Class VI, and 3A 20-17 requirements, making it well suited for high purity and regulated environments.

 

FEP encapsulated silicone materials are composite sealing solutions that combine the chemical inertness of fluoropolymers with the flexibility of elastomer cores. The FEP outer layer provides broad chemical compatibility and low friction, while the hollow silicone core enhances sealing performance where low compression force is available.
