TS75OR51 is a 75 shore A orange PFA encapsulated silicone compound featuring a hollow silicone core designed to improve flexibility and sealing performance in low load applications. The PFA Teflon outer shell provides exceptional chemical resistance against aggressive acids, solvents, and process media, while the hollow silicone core enhances compressibility for effective sealing in O-rings and gaskets. This material offers excellent thermal stability across a wide service temperature range of -62°C to 260°C and is compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP Class VI, and 3A 20-17 standards. TS75OR51 is ideal for pharmaceutical, food processing, and chemical applications where both compliance and resistance to harsh environments are required.
