TS75OR00 Datasheet

TS75OR00 is Canyon’s FEP encapsulated silicone sealing material featuring a nominal hardness of 75 Shore A and a distinctive orange silicone core. This composite seal combines the chemical resistance of an FEP Teflon® outer jacket with the elastic recovery of a resilient silicone elastomer core. It is commonly used for O-rings, gaskets, and sealing components in applications where strong chemical resistance and dependable sealing performance are required.

The FEP outer shell provides broad chemical compatibility, while the silicone core maintains flexibility and compression recovery across a wide temperature range from approximately -62°C to 205°C (-80°F to 400°F). The FEP jacket complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and USP Class VI requirements and also meets 3-A Sanitary Standard 20-17, making it suitable for regulated environments. TS75OR00 is widely selected for O-rings and gaskets used in pharmaceutical processing, food and beverage equipment, chemical handling systems, and other demanding industrial sealing applications.
