BT90BK00 Datasheet

Canyon BT90BK00 is a 90 durometer black Butyl (IIR) elastomer engineered for O-rings and gaskets that demand high strength and low gas permeability. Comparable to Parker compounds B0318-70 and B0612-70, this material excels in both vacuum and pressurized environments where airtight sealing is critical. Its dense formulation provides excellent impermeability to gases along with resistance to acids, alkalis, and ozone exposure. With an operating temperature range from -76°F to 250°F (-60°C to 121°C), BT90BK00 maintains compression resistance and flexibility under demanding static sealing conditions.

 

BT90BK00 meets ASTM D2000 M2AA907 specifications and delivers reliable sealing performance in chemical, laboratory, and industrial vacuum systems.
