CP70WH12 Datasheet

Canrez® CP70WH12 is a 70 Shore A white, carbon-black-free FFKM compound engineered for high-purity sealing applications where cleanliness, chemical resistance, and thermal stability are critical. It delivers excellent chemical resistance with reliable continuous thermal performance up to 230°C (446°F), along with short excursions to 250°C (482°F). The absence of carbon black makes this material especially suitable for contamination-sensitive environments, while its balanced mechanical properties support long service life with good compression set resistance. CP70WH12 is widely used where conventional filled elastomers are not acceptable due to purity or compatibility requirements.

 

CP70WH12 is extensively used in semiconductor manufacturing, as well as chemical processing, automotive, and ink and paint applications that demand stable, non-contaminating seals. Its plasma resistance and near-universal chemical compatibility make it suitable for both static and moderate dynamic sealing conditions. This Canrez® formulation provides a dependable solution for applications requiring high purity, thermal reliability, and broad chemical resistance without carbon-based fillers.
