CP75BK02 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75BK02 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered as Canyon’s FDA-compliant flagship solution for chemically aggressive and high-temperature sealing environments. It delivers near-universal chemical resistance with excellent thermal stability, supporting continuous service from -15°C to 320°C (5°F to 610°F) and short excursions beyond this range. The formulation maintains low compression set and elastic recovery under prolonged exposure to heat, pressure, and harsh process media. CP75BK02 is designed to provide dependable sealing performance where regulatory compliance and durability are equally critical.

 

CP75BK02 is commonly used in food manufacturing, chemical processing, and solvent-handling systems involving MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. It also performs reliably in sour gas environments below 65 percent concentration, steam exposure up to 300°C (580°F), and limited amine service up to 38°C (100°F). This Canrez® formulation offers a balanced combination of chemical breadth, high-temperature capability, FDA compliance, and cost efficiency for demanding industrial and sanitary sealing applications.
