Canrez® CP75BK02 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound that serves as Canyon’s FDA-compliant flagship material for O-rings and gaskets. It offers near-universal chemical resistance and excellent high-temperature performance while maintaining a lower cost compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 320°C (5°F to 610°F), CP75BK02 maintains elasticity and sealing integrity in aggressive chemical and thermal environments. Its low compression set and robust formulation ensure long-term reliability in both static and dynamic applications.

 

CP75BK02 is ideal for food manufacturing, chemical processing, and high-purity environments where durability and compliance are critical. It resists degradation from challenging fluids such as MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene, as well as sour gas up to 65%. This Canrez® formulation combines FDA compliance, high-temperature capability, and chemical versatility for dependable performance in demanding process and industrial sealing systems.
