CP75BK33 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75BK33 is Canyon Components’ black, 75 Shore A perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound designed for semiconductor wet processing and demanding chemical sealing applications. Offering near-universal chemical resistance, this material provides excellent resistance to hot amines, steam, sour gas, strong acids, and solvents. CP75BK33 is an option for semiconductor FFKM O-rings, chemical resistant gaskets, and custom perfluoroelastomer seals, and can be evaluated alongside Kalrez® 6375UP and Chemraz® 550 for application-specific material selection.

 

Developed for broad wet-process chemical compatibility, Canrez® CP75BK33 supports wafer cleaning and etching, developing and photoresist stripping, post-etch cleaning, and post-CMP cleaning applications. Its resistance to acids, alkalis, oxidizers, and solvents makes it a versatile sealing material for semiconductor processing equipment and chemical handling systems. Low compression set helps seals retain their shape after compression, supporting longer seal life and reduced maintenance downtime in demanding process environments.

 

CP75BK33 has a service temperature range of -15°C to 260°C (5°F to 500°F), with steam service below 225°C (437°F) and amine service below 200°C (392°F). Beyond semiconductor manufacturing, its hot amine and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) resistance supports chemical processing, oil and gas, and sour gas sealing applications.
