Canrez® CP75BK92 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for low-temperature sealing applications that require broad chemical compatibility and stable elastic performance. It delivers near-universal chemical resistance while maintaining flexibility down to -30°C (-22°F), making it suitable for environments where standard FFKM materials begin to stiffen. With a service temperature range of -30°C to 240°C (-22°F to 464°F), CP75BK92 maintains low compression set, reliable sealing integrity, and low outgassing through wide thermal cycling. The formulation is designed to balance low-temperature performance, chemical durability, and cost efficiency.

 

CP75BK92 is commonly used in ultra low-temperature valves and pumps, chemical processing equipment, and oil and gas systems operating in cold service conditions. Its low outgassing characteristics support use in vacuum and sensitive process environments where contamination control is important. This Canrez® formulation provides a dependable low-temperature FFKM solution for applications that demand chemical resistance without the cost premium of specialty cryogenic grades.
