CP80BK03 Datasheet

Canrez® CP80BK03 is an 80 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for superior chemical and steam resistance in high-demand sealing environments. It provides excellent resistance to hot amines, sour gas, strong acids, steam, and aggressive solvents while maintaining elasticity and mechanical integrity under thermal stress. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 260°C (5°F to 500°F), CP80BK03 delivers dependable sealing performance, low compression set, and near-universal chemical compatibility. Its formulation ensures long-term reliability for both static and dynamic sealing in corrosive and high-temperature conditions.

 

CP80BK03 is ideal for semiconductor, oil and gas, and chemical processing applications where exposure to harsh fluids such as MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene is common. It performs reliably in steam up to 225°C (437°F) and in amine service up to 200°C (400°F). This Canrez® formulation combines high chemical resistance, thermal durability, and cost efficiency for critical sealing environments.
