FF252-75 is a black perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) developed for aerospace sealing applications requiring exceptional heat and fluid resistance. Listed on the AMS 7257 Qualified Products List, it exceeds the specification’s requirements for demanding engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic system environments. Its recommended operating temperature range is -15°C to 320°C (5°F to 608°F).
Manufactured without fluorosurfactants, FF252-75 combines high temperature stability with broad chemical resistance. Its low compression set helps seals maintain resilience during prolonged heat exposure, supporting reliable sealing and extended service life. The material is available in O-rings and custom molded shapes.
