NB70BK05 Datasheet

NB70BK05 is Canyon’s 70 Shore A black nitrile rubber (NBR) compound internally lubricated with PTFE, designed to reduce friction and improve installation and in-service performance for O-rings and gaskets. The PTFE internal lubrication helps minimize stick-slip, lowers assembly force, and reduces the risk of installation damage while maintaining good abrasion resistance and low compression set. With a service temperature range of -35°C to 122°C (-31°F to 252°F), NB70BK05 performs reliably in contact with petroleum-based oils and common industrial fluids. This cost-effective, low-friction NBR is well suited for static and light dynamic sealing applications where smoother operation and longer seal life are desired. Compare NB70BK05 to Parker NL151-50, 8315, N0818-70, NW163-75, and 40601 for similar internally lubricated nitrile performance.
