NE60BK00 is Canyon’s standard 60 Shore A black Neoprene (CR) compound engineered for general-purpose O-rings and gaskets that require balanced flexibility, environmental resistance, and cost-effective performance. This material offers good resistance to weathering, moderate heat, and low-temperature solvents and refrigerants, making it suitable for HVAC, industrial, and enclosure sealing applications. With a service temperature range of -40°C to 121°C (-40°F to 250°F), NE60BK00 maintains elasticity and sealing integrity through normal temperature cycling in static and light dynamic service. Its mid-range durometer provides improved extrusion resistance compared to softer Neoprene grades while remaining easy to install and conform to sealing surfaces.
