NE60BK01 is Canyon’s specialty low-temperature 60 Shore A black Neoprene (CR) compound engineered for O-rings and gaskets requiring enhanced cold flexibility and improved compression set performance. This material conforms to MIL-PRF-3065 SC 615 ABF2 and delivers excellent resistance to weathering, moderate heat, and low-temperature solvents and refrigerants. With a service temperature range down to -51°C (-60°F), NE60BK01 maintains elasticity and sealing force in cold-start and temperature-cycling environments where standard Neoprene materials may stiffen. Its balanced durometer provides a strong combination of flexibility, durability, and extrusion resistance for static and light dynamic sealing applications.
