NE70BK45 Datasheet

NE70BK45 is Canyon’s specialty low-temperature Neoprene (CR) compound designed for O-rings and gaskets requiring enhanced cold flexibility and superior compression set performance. This 70 Shore A black Neoprene conforms to MIL-PRF-3065 SC 717 ABF2 and provides reliable resistance to weathering, moderate heat, and low-temperature solvents and refrigerants. With a service temperature range down to -51°C (-60°F), NE70BK45 maintains elasticity and sealing force through cold starts and thermal cycling in static and light dynamic applications. It is commonly selected for aerospace, military, HVAC, and industrial environments where low-temperature capability and specification compliance are required.
