PU90TY01 Datasheet

PU90TY01 is Canyon’s high-performance 90 Shore A translucent yellow CanThane polyurethane formulated as a polyester, cast TODI system for demanding O-rings, gaskets, and molded sealing components. This material delivers extreme resistance to wear and abrasion while maintaining good flexibility and compression set performance under sustained mechanical loads. With a service temperature range of -55°C to 125°C (-67°F to 257°F), PU90TY01 provides reliable sealing performance while resisting water, oxygen, ozone, and weathering. Its high tensile strength and elevated modulus make it well suited for high-pressure and wear-driven applications where standard elastomers are prone to premature failure.
