V1006-75 Datasheet

Parker’s V1006-75 is a 75 Shore A black Aflas® (TFE/P) compound formulated to meet AMS 7255 specifications for high-performance sealing in chemically aggressive and high-temperature environments. It offers exceptional resistance to bases, amines, acids, sour oil and gas, phosphate esters, steam, alcohols, and petroleum oils, making it ideal for challenging industrial and oilfield applications. With a service temperature range of 25°F to 450°F, V1006-75 provides reliable sealing integrity and low compression set across a wide thermal spectrum. Its composition ensures long-term stability in corrosive and oxidative conditions.

 

This compound delivers excellent resistance to ozone, aging, and weathering, ensuring dependable performance in static and dynamic sealing applications. However, it is not recommended for use with aromatic fuels, ketones, ethers, carbon tetrachloride, acetic acid, or other non-polar solvents. Canyon Components offers equivalent Aflas® (TFE/P) materials that match or exceed the performance of Parker V1006-75 for oil and gas, chemical processing, and high-temperature sealing environments.
