VT75BK92 Datasheet

Canyon’s VT75BK92 is a 75 Shore A black FKM Type GFLT compound engineered for broad chemical compatibility and enhanced low-temperature sealing performance. UL listed for fuel system compatibility under classifications B, C (Ethanol), D, F, G, and J, it is suitable for MTBE and gasoline blends containing up to 20 percent MTBE and gasoline and alcohol blends with up to 15 percent methanol. With a service temperature range of -37°C to 225°C (-35°F to 437°F), VT75BK92 maintains flexibility, sealing integrity, and resistance to chemical attack under demanding thermal and pressure conditions. Its formulation provides improved resistance to steam, acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons compared to standard FKM materials.

 

VT75BK92 meets ASTM D2000 M2HK710 requirements and performs reliably in applications exposed to fuels, oils, and aggressive chemical media. It is commonly used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial systems where low-temperature performance and fuel compatibility are critical.
