VT75BK92 Datasheet

Canyon’s VT75BK92 is a 75 Shore A black FKM Type GFLT compound designed for broad chemical compatibility and improved low-temperature performance. UL listed for fuel system compatibility under classifications B, C (Ethanol), D, F, G, and J, it is suitable for use with MTBE/gasoline blends containing up to 20% MTBE and gasoline/alcohol blends with up to 15% methanol. With a service temperature range of -37°C to 225°C (-35°F to 437°F), VT75BK92 maintains flexibility, sealing integrity, and resistance to chemical attack in extreme temperature and pressure conditions. Its formulation provides enhanced resistance to steam, acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons, making it ideal for demanding environments.

 

VT75BK92 meets ASTM D2000 M2HK710 specifications and offers excellent performance in applications exposed to fuels, oils, and harsh chemical media. This compound combines improved low-temperature resilience with strong chemical stability, ensuring long-term sealing reliability in automotive, aerospace, and industrial systems.
