Canrez® CP75BK31 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for ultra-high-temperature sealing applications where both thermal stability and chemical resistance are critical. Capable of withstanding continuous service up to 335°C (635°F) and short excursions to 350°C (660°F) in air-filled environments, it is among the most thermally robust elastomeric materials available. CP75BK31 offers near-universal chemical compatibility and an exceptionally low compression set, making it ideal for demanding high-temperature process conditions. Its formulation ensures long-term reliability in extreme thermal and chemical exposure.
CP75BK31 is designed for semiconductor, chemical processing, and aerospace applications, as well as liquid chromatography systems that require exceptional stability and purity. It is not recommended for continuous use in high-temperature steam environments. This Canrez® formulation combines unmatched heat tolerance, broad chemical resistance, and sealing integrity for the most demanding high-temperature industrial and scientific applications.
