CP75BK31 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75BK31 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for ultra-high-temperature sealing applications where extreme thermal stability and broad chemical compatibility are required. Capable of continuous service up to 335°C (635°F) with short excursions to 350°C (660°F) in air-filled environments, it is among the most thermally stable elastomeric materials available. The compound offers near-universal chemical resistance and maintains very low compression set, supporting long-term sealing integrity under severe thermal stress. CP75BK31 is not recommended for continuous high-temperature steam environments, where specialized steam-optimized grades should be considered.

 

CP75BK31 is commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing equipment, aerospace systems, and liquid chromatography service where sustained high temperatures and aggressive chemicals are present. Its combination of extreme heat tolerance, mechanical stability, and chemical breadth makes it suitable for demanding static and dynamic sealing conditions. This Canrez® formulation provides a dependable solution for applications that exceed the thermal limits of standard FFKM materials.
