Canrez® CP75TA11 is a 75 shore A translucent amber FFKM compound engineered for ultra high purity sealing in semiconductor, plasma, and advanced medical applications. This nano-polymer filled material delivers extremely low particle generation and low etch rates, making it ideal for O-rings and gaskets used in processes such as CVD, PECVD, LPCVD, etching, ashing, and wafer cleaning. It offers near universal chemical resistance along with excellent plasma resistance, ensuring long service life in highly aggressive and high energy environments. With a service temperature range of -10°C to 290°C, CP75TA11 can be compared to Kalrez® 9100, 8085, and 6375 when evaluating equivalent semiconductor-grade FFKM materials.

 

FFKM, or perfluoroelastomer, represents the highest level of elastomer performance for O-rings and gaskets, combining extreme temperature capability with near universal chemical resistance.
