Canrez® CP80BK03 is an 80 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for demanding sealing environments that require exceptional chemical and steam resistance at a cost-effective price point. It delivers excellent performance against hot amines, sour gas, steam, strong acids, and aggressive solvents while maintaining low compression set and elastic recovery. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 260°C (5°F to 500°F), CP80BK03 provides stable sealing integrity under prolonged thermal and chemical exposure. The higher durometer improves extrusion resistance, supporting reliable performance in both static and dynamic applications.

 

CP80BK03 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, and solvent-handling applications involving MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. It performs reliably in steam service up to 225°C (437°F) and amine exposure up to 200°C (400°F), making it well suited for harsh process conditions. This Canrez® formulation offers a practical FFKM solution for environments that demand broad chemical compatibility, thermal stability, and long service life.
