With a service temperature range of -57°C to 150°C (-70°F to 300°F), EP80BK00 performs reliably across wide thermal cycles in both indoor and outdoor industrial applications. Its higher durometer provides improved extrusion resistance and dimensional stability in static and moderate dynamic sealing conditions.
EP80BK00 meets ASTM D2000 2DA815 requirements and is commonly used in industrial equipment, enclosures, and general sealing applications where peroxide-cured EPDM is preferred for thermal and aging performance.
