Parker’s FF370-75 is a 75 Shore A black perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound engineered for extreme temperature and chemically aggressive sealing environments. With a recommended service temperature range of 5°F to 608°F, it provides stable sealing performance in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, polar solvents such as acetone and MEK, and a wide range of inorganic and organic acids. This compound is also well suited for high-vacuum applications, exhibiting minimal weight loss, and performs reliably in petroleum oils, wet and dry chlorine, and plasma environments. Its formulation supports long-term dimensional stability and chemical durability where conventional elastomers are unsuitable.

 

FF370-75 is commonly used in O-rings, gaskets, and custom seals for chemical processing equipment, plasma systems, vacuum chambers, and other severe service industrial applications. It is not recommended for fluorinated refrigerants, uranium hexafluoride, molten metals, gaseous alkali metals, or hot water and steam service. This FFKM material provides dependable performance in dry, high-temperature, and plasma-exposed environments.
