With a wide service temperature range of -55°C to 163°C (-67°F to 325°F), HN90BK01 maintains sealing integrity under pressure cycling while delivering low compression set and high mechanical strength. The compound is qualified to NORSOK M-710 AED and API 6A requirements, supporting use in sour gas and high-pressure service conditions.
HN90BK01 meets ASTM D2000 M2DH920 requirements and is commonly used in valves, packers, downhole tools, and pressure-containing equipment where resistance to rapid gas decompression and cold service is critical. Its high durometer improves extrusion resistance while preserving sufficient elasticity for reliable sealing in static and moderate dynamic applications.
