This compound features a hardness of 65 Shore A and provides a flexible sealing profile that supports effective compression and long service life in a wide range of static sealing applications. Fluorocarbon FKM materials such as VA150-65 are commonly selected where resistance to heat, chemicals, and environmental exposure is required.
VA150-65 offers strong resistance to petroleum oils, mineral oils, vegetable oils, silicone fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene and toluene, and many chlorinated hydrocarbons.
