This material passes API 6A, NORSOK M-710, and NACE TM0297 testing, making it ideal for O-rings and gaskets used in oil and gas equipment such as valves, wellheads, downhole tools, and pressure control systems. Its high durometer improves extrusion resistance while maintaining excellent chemical compatibility with fuels, oils, and aggressive process media, delivering reliable sealing across a service temperature range of -40°C to 225°C. VT90BK32 meets ASTM D2000 M3HK914 requirements and can be compared to Parker® VG109-90 when evaluating equivalent AED-resistant GLT FKM materials.
