CP75WH12 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75WH12 is a 75 Shore A white, carbon-black-free FFKM compound designed as a general-purpose solution for applications requiring high purity, broad chemical resistance, and reliable thermal performance. It delivers excellent chemical compatibility with continuous service up to 230°C (446°F) and short excursions to 250°C (482°F), while maintaining good compression set resistance and elastic recovery. The absence of carbon black makes this material especially suitable for contamination-sensitive environments where filled elastomers are not acceptable. CP75WH12 also offers strong plasma resistance, supporting stable sealing performance in demanding process conditions.

 

CP75WH12 is frequently used in semiconductor manufacturing, as well as in chemical processing, automotive, and ink and paint applications where cleanliness and chemical stability are critical. Its balanced mechanical properties make it suitable for both static and moderate dynamic sealing conditions in aggressive chemical and thermal environments. This Canrez® formulation provides a dependable, high-purity FFKM option for applications that require carbon-black-free materials without sacrificing durability or performance.
