CP75BK91 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75BK91 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for ultra-low-temperature sealing applications that require both flexibility and broad chemical compatibility. It delivers near-universal chemical resistance while maintaining elasticity and sealing performance down to -45°C (-49°F), making it well suited for environments where standard FFKM materials become too stiff. With a service temperature range of -45°C to 250°C (-49°F to 482°F), CP75BK91 provides reliable sealing integrity across wide thermal swings, including short excursions beyond its nominal limits. Its low outgassing characteristics further support use in vacuum and sensitive process environments.

 

CP75BK91 is commonly used in ultra-low-temperature valves and pumps, chemical processing systems, and oil and gas applications where both cryogenic performance and chemical resistance are required. The compound offers a cost-effective alternative for demanding low-temperature service without sacrificing durability or chemical breadth.
