AA154-75 Datasheet
Parker, AA154-75 ACM, 75A, Black, Engines & Transmission Seals
Parker’s AA154-75 is a 75 Shore A black polyacrylate (ACM) compound developed for oil-exposed sealing applications requiring enhanced hardness and dimensional stability. With a recommended service temperature range of -5°F to 250°F, it performs reliably in contact with mineral oils such as engine oil, gearbox lubricants, and automatic transmission fluids. This compound offers strong resistance to ozone, weathering, and thermal aging, making it well suited for automotive and industrial environments where heat and oil exposure are persistent. Its higher durometer compared to standard ACM grades provides improved extrusion resistance in both static and moderate dynamic sealing conditions.
AA154-75 meets ASTM D2000 M2DH710 requirements and is commonly selected where oil resistance and mechanical robustness are critical. It is not recommended for glycol-based brake fluids, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons, hot water, steam, acids, alkalis, or amines. Canyon Components offers equivalent ACM materials that match or exceed the performance of Parker AA154-75 for oil-resistant, heat-stable sealing applications.
