Canrez® CP60TA11 is a 60 durometer translucent amber FFKM compound specifically engineered for semiconductor-grade O-rings and gaskets. Formulated with nano-PTFE fillers, it provides outstanding chemical resistance, thermal stability, and plasma resistance while being competitively priced compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 280°C (5°F to 536°F), CP60TA11 maintains excellent elasticity and low compression set under extreme thermal and chemical stress. Its purity and particle control make it ideal for cleanroom and high-vacuum environments.

 

CP60TA11 is designed for demanding semiconductor processes including CVD, PECVD, LPCVD, HDPCVD, ashing, plasma etching, ion implantation, sputtering, and metallization. The compound’s combination of heat resistance, cleanliness, and durability also makes it suitable for chemical processing, medical, and optical equipment.
