CP70BK03 Datasheet

Canrez® CP70BK03 is a 70 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for demanding sealing applications that require exceptional chemical and steam resistance at a cost-effective price point. It delivers excellent performance against hot amines, sour gas, steam, strong acids, and aggressive solvents while maintaining low compression set and elastic recovery. With a service temperature range of -15°C to 260°C (5°F to 500°F), CP70BK03 provides reliable sealing integrity in chemically aggressive and high-temperature environments. Its balanced mechanical properties support long service life in both static and dynamic sealing conditions.

 

CP70BK03 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, and solvent-handling applications involving MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene. It performs reliably in steam up to 225°C (437°F) and hot amine service up to 200°C (400°F), making it well suited for harsh process conditions. This Canrez® formulation offers a practical FFKM solution for environments that demand broad chemical compatibility, thermal stability, and long-term durability.
