CP75BK20 Datasheet

Canrez® CP75BK20 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for ultra-high-temperature sealing where extreme thermal stability and broad chemical compatibility are required. It withstands continuous service up to 335°C (635°F) with short excursions up to 350°C (662°F) in air, while maintaining very low compression set and elastic recovery. The compound is FDA compliant and offers near-universal chemical resistance, supporting reliable performance in aggressive process environments without softening or melting at elevated temperatures. CP75BK20 is designed for long service life in applications where conventional elastomers rapidly degrade under heat.

 

CP75BK20 is commonly used in semiconductor equipment, food manufacturing, chemical processing systems, aerospace applications, and liquid chromatography service where temperature extremes and chemical exposure are routine. Its combination of ultra-high-temperature capability, chemical breadth, and mechanical stability makes it suitable for both static and dynamic sealing conditions.
