Canrez® CP75BK50 is a 75 Shore A black FFKM compound that is both USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant, making it ideal for medical, food, and high-purity process sealing applications. It provides near-universal chemical resistance and excellent high-temperature durability while maintaining a lower cost compared to other popular brands of FFKM materials. With a service temperature range of -7°C to 275°C (20°F to 527°F), CP75BK50 delivers long-lasting elasticity, low compression set, and stable performance under aggressive chemical and thermal exposure. Its clean formulation ensures compatibility with a wide range of solvents, process fluids, and sterilization methods.

 

CP75BK50 is designed for medical, pharmaceutical, food-grade, and chemical processing environments requiring both purity and durability. It performs exceptionally well in contact with solvents such as MEK, DMF, acetone, esters, ethers, ketones, aldehydes, and xylene.
