CP80BK78 Datasheet

Canrez® CP80BK78 is an 80 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for low-temperature sealing applications that require broad chemical resistance and reliable elasticity at reduced temperatures. It maintains near-universal chemical compatibility while delivering dependable low-temperature performance down to -32°C (-26°F), making it suitable for environments where standard FFKM materials begin to stiffen. With a service temperature range of -32°C to 250°C (-26°F to 482°F), CP80BK78 supports consistent sealing integrity across wide thermal swings, including short excursions beyond its nominal limits. Its low outgassing characteristics further support use in vacuum and sensitive process environments.

 

CP80BK78 is commonly used in low-temperature valves and pumps, chemical processing systems, and oil and gas applications where both cold flexibility and chemical durability are required.
