Canrez® CP80BK78 is an 80 Shore A black FFKM compound engineered for low-temperature sealing applications that require both flexibility and broad chemical compatibility. It provides near-universal chemical resistance and maintains elasticity down to -32°C (-26°F), making it ideal for environments where conventional perfluoroelastomers lose performance. With a service temperature range of -32°C to 250°C (-26°F to 482°F), CP80BK78 offers reliable sealing integrity, low compression set, and minimal outgassing during thermal cycling and chemical exposure. Its formulation ensures consistent performance in both static and dynamic sealing conditions.

 

CP80BK78 is well-suited for low-temperature valves, pumps, and chemical processing systems, as well as oil and gas applications operating under extreme conditions. It resists degradation from aggressive solvents, fuels, and reactive media while maintaining sealing strength in cryogenic and high-temperature environments. This Canrez® formulation combines low-temperature flexibility, chemical versatility, and cost efficiency for durable sealing performance across a wide range of industrial applications.
